Do not change fan speed when changing modes

Describe The Bug:

Currently when the AC mode is changed, the fan speed is set to auto. However, if using the AC with automations that change both the fan speed and mode, the fan speed does not get set correctly.

To Reproduce:

Set up an automation that changes both the fan speed and mode
