New property startSpeed #88

It would be very nice if for methods like MoveTo when one wants to run them 
time based one could despite setting an easing function pass a value for a 
startSpeed property so that the object would move towards the target in the 
wanted time but start at a wanted speed.
Additional bonus points if one could also pass endSpeed =)
