Support running generated `webapi-directclient` apps in Azure App Service #30

This is desirable and maybe even important.

Right now the self-hosted variant runs just fine, as does the Docker variant, but the Azure App Service configuration refuses to start up.

Turns out that Azure App Service does not support addressable multi-node configuration.

We might consider App Service For Containers with a Service Plan...
