scatters are wrong after loading file - compensation error? #8

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use loadFCS on any file in /Volumes/HD2/data/flow/cimt/ID07_donorX and
ID09_donorX on
lister
2. do a heatmap
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Plots are clearly screwy - cf load file in Flow, filter unwanted channels,
compensate and logicle
transform - gives correct figures

umm, are we sure the compensation is wrong? the heatmap function forces the
axises
to be the same length so all the markers vs the scatters looks bad, but just
plotting
them using pylab directly looks okay to me. see attached figure.

never mind, looking at cd3 vs cd8 does look bad.
