autodl-irssi broken and some other plugins #929

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check Traffic tab. Many undefined errors.
2. autodl-irssi rutorrent plugin will output typeerrors every second
3. CPULoad is bugged. numbers are weird.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is...3.6, latest svn 2557
2. My rTorrent version is...0.9.4
3. I use web-server... lighttpd. it version is... latest. on OS... Ubuntu 12.04
4. I use browser... Chrome and Firefox. it version is... latest. on OS... 
Ubuntu 12.04, Mac, and Windows

Are some errors present in the web-server log?
No.

Are some errors present in the browser error console?
No.

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried rTorrent 0.9.3 and same issue. This all happened after SVN upgrade to 
2557. Looks like jQuery issue.

Can't see something, sorry. Try to clear cache. If problem still present, 
attach 1) screenshot with a graph 2) text of errors, please.

This is a third-party plugin. Try to ask here - 
https://github.com/autodl-community/autodl-rutorrent

This is a result of updating of jquery and jquery.jflot.

I think, this hasn't relation to the last changes. Something bad with a trafic 
data. Send to me contents of your 
rutorrent/share/users/USERNAME/settings/trafic directory, please. (Or 
rutorrent/share/settings/trafic, if you use single user configuration)
