• Overzealous input validation on the phone number. Such overzealous input blocking can be considered a type.FeatureFlaw.

Team's Response

The format of phone number has been specified clearly in the UG. Also, this is a flaw that is unlikely to affect normal operations of the product. It appears only in very rare situations and causes a minor inconvenience only. As such the severity should be LOW
