application installer & uninstaller #17

Currently the application can only be executed by developers who have 
development tools.

Please create an installer & uninstaller so that any "normal" user 
(non-developer) can use the application.

This needs to be integrated with the nightly automatic build (Issue #6) so that 
the installer/uninstaller is automatically published to the website.

During the build process a JAR with the QuantDesk application should be created.
Then launching the application should look like
java -jar QuantDeskApp.jar

"java -jar QuantDeskApp.jar" requires the user to first save the jar file and 
memorize the location and then launch a Command Prompt to type the commands. 
That is too complicated. Also the app doesn't show up in the Start Menu or in 
the Control Panel, and there is no Uninstall icon. All that needs to be 
addressed as part of this Issue.

I am lowering the priority to Medium for now.

i think you ...

you pack up the .jar
and then use ClickTeam Install Maker
 if windows
if unix, I think a jar will be enough

was working on offline...i said you ....but you thought that i did not work..i 
wasted your previous hours that's why i was working offline....
