Close button blocked by WP login when on right side #641

Awesome plugin! However, I clicked to put the panel along the right side (uploaded pic), but the top area is cut off/covered by the administration bar. You can see in the top right corner that I can't easily access the buttons to either close or change back to having it across the bottom.

I finally got it by clicking on the settings (top left) and tabbing over to the button and hitting space-bar (for those of you in the same situation.) Thankfully this got it. I had tried looking in the plugin files for a config file I could change, but no go.

I think it might be beneficial to have some padding at the top.

Thanks, this is a general problem with the WordPress admin toolbar when the number of menu items in it causes it to overflow. I'll have a think about how to prevent the buttons being covered up.

Two cents: move the QM bar to the bottom (only if admin bar is showing).
