I'm testing a plugin which hooks into pre_load_script_translations and override_load_textdomain to cache the file loading/parsing. Thus, on second load, the collector won't be able to collect any languages anymore which is fine. But this also makes the languages panel empty. It doesn't show the information about the current locales and the hooks filter doesn't work either. I think that information should still work.
