Suggestion: click QM button on the admin bar twice will close the panel #741

Currently, to close the QM panel, we need to click the close button on the top right. The close button is quite small and hard to click. I'd suggest to click the QM button on the admin bar again will close the QM panel. It's much easier and quicker.
