Update to improve detection on various phones #19

In order to improve detection on various phones a 100Ω resistor is added between TRRS LFT and GND. Documentation, schematics, images in the readme.md etc are all updated as well.

This pull request addresses Issue 14.

Note to project maintainer: Please review the changes to the PCB files carefully, this is my first time ever using EAGLE and I likely made some mistakes. I am happy to amend as required. Should you accept this pull, you will also need to update the design at http://oshpark.com/shared_projects/qy523INb to use the new schematic/board layout.
