Graphics glitch in Refuel #19

Describe the bug Prompt is cut off

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Extruder is cold
  2. Go to 'Settings | Refuel'
  3. Click on 'Unload'
  4. You'll be prompted to heat up the extruder (also note typo, "filament" is spelled "fament" - tried to search the code so I could open a PR but search didn't help)
  5. Click 'Yes'
  6. Click the 'Back' arrow
  7. Notice the prompt is cut off

Expected behavior Behavior is fine, but the graphic is cut off
