Remove Zoffset save button on Printing Tune page[FR] (feature summary) #23

Considering the current issue in Marlin, it is too easy to hit this save button when adjusting temperature or fan speeds. There is no need to save on this page as changes here are related to print in process.

I have hit this button many times, due to large fingers and a sensitive touch screen. As a result it makes it more difficult on the next print to set the starting offset.

Honestly I'm not sure, but I believe it saves the offset either way, even if you don't hit the save. I would have to test this, but I believe that is the way it works. I was actually thinking of removing the save button because if you just adjust it, it saves it.
