Question on how to get the devices to talk #3

Hi,

I see you have the readme and the architecture, but while using a raspberry pi 3, what is the method to get zeromq (I believe) to talk to the charger itself over USB? When I connect the two, I am a tad bit lost on how to get the charger to talk to the program once all packages are installed.

With that said, I am very much looking forward to getting the project up and running!
