Okay. So... I had some projects where I was NOT the primary author, so I selected those projects and updated it to the author to myself from the Bulk Actions menu with projects. Then I enabled the filter feature for Propel and refreshed the projects page to find that I couldn't see the projects I'm the primary author on.
