Add a way to manually set teleport hosts/clients. #21

For some reason, teleport cannot see my 2 macbooks on the same network. They can ping and see each other, and nmap shows the teleport port open on both hosts. If bonjour breaks in the future, being able to manually set hosts as a fallback would be useful.

Even loading a file would be useful.

I second this especially when working with hosts on different subnets or when mdns is not supported in the network config.

The latest release v1.2.2 is working on macOS Big Sur. Give it a try, if you have any problems please open an issue with full steps to reproduce.
