Computation Issue with running the SketchGNN code #2

How others are able to run the SketchGNN code? I have 24GB GPU and 250GB CPU memory server, and my CPU memory gets exhausted completely (250GB+) which results in Killing the process. Can the authors or others who ran the code help to deal with this issue?
