Setup Google OAuth project in Google Console #168

Follow initial steps of #147 to get all the trivial set-up complete

Created a project on Google Cloud Console, which allowed me to configure an OAuth 2.0 consent screen. I also created an OAuth 2.0 Client ID and downloaded its credentials.
