Add Auto-Generated Angular API Service

• Every time the server is run, it regenerates the TypeScript code for the Angular API client
  • This is done using openapi-typescript-codegen (see the FastAPI Docs)
  • The server launches a background thread before the server is started on the main thread
  • This thread waits a second for the server to start, removes the old client, then generates a new one
  • It will automatically generate services for all API endpoints
  • It will also generate models for requests, responses, and all of the relevant Pydantic models (including the Internship model we were previously using in our GUI)
• By adding just a few lines to app.component.ts, the GUI is now populated with internships!

I just pushed a commit that makes it easier to run everything. The server doesn't care anymore if you run it first or second. Just run them both separately and everything should work now!

I also just added basic functionality to the GUI:

• Internships are fetched asynchronously and loaded into the list and the details component
• When an internship card is clicked, it is displayed in the details component
• The Apply Now button works
• The Search, Filters, and Profile Information still have no functionality
