$fixed_order is undefined #1

Can be fixed easily by adding this on line 262;

$fixed_order = false;

Hey Filip,

Thanks so much for this - in fact it needed a bit more work to actually get the fixed_order= to work correctly (I'm still not positive it works actually, waiting on another #eecms member to test for me). Just pushed an update.
