JS queue when user logged_out #15

I just discovered that JS queue and HTML minify just works when the user is logged on EECMS 2.5.3.

Hey Robson,

Can you explain this one a bit more? I don't recognise the syntax as being related to Minimee?

Wow! There's some time I found this. I don't recall the reason. I'm sorry!

Some days ago, I found that setting the priority parameters solves this issues when using page caching. Maybe this can fixed by this way, but I'm not sure.

If I found something related, I'll tell you, John!

Hah yeah, it was an old one for sure! I had no idea that all of these issues were open, so I've only now had a chance to run through them.
