client non si avvia, non si apre neanche la finestra di login

ubuntu 12.04
non riesco a vedere la build del promogest.

sul server funziona correttamente.

provato ad installare nuovamente python-setuptools e poi installare una 
versione di sqlalchemy aggiornata, ma non ho risolto.
