No prefences or themes option in menu #1250

Describe the bug I have a fresh install of Debian 12 bookworm, I installed Foliate through flatpak (v 3.1.0). There are two menus, one in the side bar's top right corner, and then one on the top right corner of the app itself.

When I open any menu, there are no options for preferences or theme. image image

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

You can find the preferences menu once you've opened a book.

This is really hidden, because when opening a book it automatically hides the top window bar.

Was suffering the same problem. A partial solution is to use dconf-editor to change certain preferences. #407
