Synchronize page turn with text-to-speech #1311

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I use text-to-speech, Foliate continues to show the same page even when the speech dispatcher goes to the next page.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be great if Foliate turned the page when the voice went to the next page.

Describe alternatives you've considered NA

Additional context I am using Foliate 3.1.1 (APT version) in Kubuntu 24.04

It already does that. But it requires support for SSML and the <mark> element on the part of the speech output module.
