Add dashboard with landing page #597

Similar to the idea from the GNOME To Do guys: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-todo/-/issues/334

As part of the user journey through Foliate, a dashboard and a landing page with a warm, welcoming message is a great way to start reading. The dashboard would ideally be a separate component as part of the view switcher and could show all sort of things there such as reading statistics, last opened files, a reading agenda, literary events and festivals (pulled in through a community-maintained GitHub repo).
