Port to GTK4 #27

GTK4 has been released some time ago and process of porting apps to it has already started. AFAIK, GJS has support for GTK4 and since it's a fairly simple app, I'm guessing it shouldn't take an extreme amount of work to port it. It would fit nicely into a new design and would be a nice addition to the collection of awesome Gnome apps 😁.

I guess it will be done only once WebKitGTK adds support for GTK4 in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=210100.
