Several things display incorrectly in Internet Explorer. Card images are (sometimes) the wrong sizes (stretched horribly), the footer is at the top, and perhaps other problems.
What's odd is that there are 0 errors in the dev console, so it's kind of hard to track down the issues. It might be that Bootstrap 4 is partially incompatible with IE.
Market share of IE is low, but perhaps not yet low enough to disregard entirely. However, if I recall correctly, Microsoft will soon stop including IE with Windows 10 once they release their new Chromium-based Edge, so hopefully I will no longer need this issue soon.
