Changes:

Added examples of polymorphism based on the video provided in the readme
Created a higher level pattern for creating and using Abstract classes in ECMAScript 2016 (thoroughly documented)
Updated various other folders with slight errors in Javascript syntax
Changed the extensions of a few example files to the appropriate extensions (they were previously .txt)
