Need to figure out deployment strategies for each application. The apps with no stakeholders besides us and the users of the app shouldn't be moved until we're pretty sure that all or most of our other apps can be moved.

Mostly done. Need to refine.

Done. Email sent out on 12/20 to all stakeholders asking if it's okay to move forward.
