Added Binaries. Binaries are complied with default config.h
Added BusPirate programmer and corrected Arduino ISP in make file. Tested with AVRDude v6.3, Arduino ISP sketch from Arduino IDE v1.8.19 and BusPirate v3 with v6.3-r2151 firmware.
FYI I gave up trying to get it to compile in WinAVR in 2022. Ended up compiling it on Debian with Raspberry Desktop Live USB. Hopefully compiled binaries will save other people many hours.
