Can you try disabling other plugins? If you look at the error message you will see that a 404 error page is being returned. This should not happen, and is likely caused by another plugin or a misconfiguration of your site.

Summary
I have an existing page on my product website and need to redirect this to an updated page. I did the update of the redirect plug-in 3 days ago, and now get error messages whenever I try to redirect.
Actual Behavior
The message below is copied and pasted from the redirect error.

Steps to reproduce
I am uncertain of what you require - this error message occurs every time I try a redirect, regardless.
