How is WooCommerce related to this? You have one working API route so you should use that.

Could you explain me a bit more ?? I use for example https://www.castine.gr/wp-json/wc/v3/orders, i should use https://www.castine.gr/?rest_route=/wc/v3/orders??

This is for the Redirection plugin, not Woocommerce. The screenshot is from Redirection and yet you are asking about Woocommerce?
