Using this theme, on MacOS X 10.9.5 in FF41. Dialog windows appear below main window.

@kingtosh: I do not understand. Please explain/give an example/send an image. Do you mean pop-ups show underneath the origin window? Which dialog windows? Note: I do not have a Mac so I may need your assistance testing any correction.
