Wrong fit-size for the small bookmark icon. #8

At some moment, perhaps since my first release, I introduced a bug that incorrectly makes the area available to display the small bookmark icon 17x17 instead of 18x18. As a result the icon is scaled down and does not look as sharp (when 1dot=1pixel) as it did in the original theme. I however prefer the smaller icon because the original bookmark icon appears too large when compared to the the book (shown bookmarks) icon. I plan to revert the code to make the area for the bookmark icon be able to fit the 18x18 icon. However, I may change the icon to have a smaller (but sharp!) image later on. Feedback regarding this is requested

I removed the incorrect code from browser/browser-common.css. The problem is fixed. However, if no one objects, I will change the icon for a slightly smaller version when I change the toolbar icons resource to svg.
