Can't connect to local server version - can't restore settings.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create xml file as directed at 
http://www.epicollect.net/instructions/developers.html
2. Put into web accessible directory at 
http://epicollect.-*#$5_.com.au/testproject.xml
3. Puzzle over the instructions:

"Simply enter the full URL to your XML file into the 'Load Project' text box 
(see here) ."

The (see here) doesn't link to anything, and in my Settings window I have 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I thought I should have the demo project as in the instructions, instead I get 
messages about not being able to parse the xml... 

    "No form found for inputs: form key, form name and version, project key, project name testproject.xml"

and now every time I try to use the Help, Settings, New Entry menus, I get a 
freeze and a screen as per the attached photo.

Which handset or browser did you notice the problem on? On what operating
system? What is the name of the Project that you were trying to use?

iPhone 3GS (iOS 5.1) 

Please provide any additional information below.

I can provide the url if you would like to look at the file, but would rather 
not post it as publicly available.

Whoops - in my settings window I have User Email, form URL and Project?

Hi Ben,

Thanks for getting in touch, we are aware that the full URL feature of 
EpiCollect isn't working on the iPhone. If, by any chance, you have an Android 
handset available it is working on the Android app, but we do need to fix it on 
the iPhone.

The iPhone version should be able to load the demoproject if you just type in 
demoproject, or the name of any other project on our appengine server. It looks 
like our docs on the iPhone need updating too.

Is there any word on when the full URL feature will be patched for the iPhone?

I have a form at http://www.aproposinfosystems.com/dev/louis/epicollect/5/ that 
works exceptionally well on the Android app, but won't load on the iPhone. 
leaving it just hanging for a while before crashing. 

After relaunching the app and trying to create a new record, it errors out:
     Error. Error parsing form from XML No form found for inputs: form key, form name and version , project key, form name and version. 
     Error=NSXMLParserErrorDomainCode=4 "The operation couldn’t be completed. (NSCMLParserErrorDomain error 4,)",(null)
