No settings at all on 0.1.0-beta.8.1 #6

Hi, I have added the landing page extension on flarum 0.1.0-beta.8.1 and I have no settings form at all after enabling the module. The cache has been cleared. Thanks for any help in solving this issue.

@benat @vfonsecaz maybe it's too late for you, but you can find here a fork adjusted for later Flarum versions: https://github.com/KyrneDev/flarum-ext-landing-page

Just download and replace files.
