Translate into Ukrainian and Russian #11

Added proper plural forms from Damned Lies just in case.

Russian translations for PACKAGE package.

That's a good point, they should probably change to be on the safe side. I've updated the messages.pot file to assign copyright to the laine developers, so if you could change the pull request to match and then I'll do a merge. Though mostly I think it is the line that says it is distributed under the same license that matters. Thanks.
