This change in code adds support for the SpaceMouse Pro Wireless (P/N: 3DX-600047)
It also made a few changes to the code resolve the recent changes to the button reporting spec.
It was tested with the aforementioned SpaceMouse, and also with a SpaceNavigator (3DX-700028).
The SpaceMouse appears to work without issue, including supporting all 15 buttons.
The SpaceNavigator that was tested appeared to have greater than 1.0 magnitude output values for all 6 dimensions of movement.
