Small image doesn't display on sidebar on mobile phone

We suppressed this image in the mobile display on purpose- see https://github.com/johnjung/bmrcportal/issues/41 for some commentary about that.

Is the current behavior ok?

No worries - I thought maybe it was too small as well. Oh and now I remember the issue! It obscured the information people were actually trying to see! :)
