Cleanup and Refactor #13

New additions have left things a little messy. This issue is to do the following:

Move hard coded strings to a constants file
Refactor command line switch handling
Add help menu for command line usage
Make changes to use async to speed up application
Add ci/cd pipeline to make releases easier and automatic
