Code Cleanup
Switched main to be async for performance improvements
Switched command line parser to use System.CommandLine
Added ability to use multiple root path arguments
Fixed bug where Windows paths would be detected incorrectly from parameters (using regex to avoid breaking changes)

Fixes #16 and #13
