As suggested in discussion #27 , we may experiment few CI tools such as Travis, Jenkins, GitHub Actions etc, and decide at the end which tool to stay with.

Pros & Cons as well as experiment results are needed.

Update of current progress:

In order to build the complete CI, each step of the CI is required to be configured completely beforehand. These steps include but not limited to

flake8 (#35)
pytest (#39)
sphinx [not yet] Once each step is sufficiently configured, then the CI build is just one step further of everything.
