image "Add file to upload" adds upload field to "Downloads" #133

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in to Substruct
2. Create New Product
3. Click Add file to upload below images upload field

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Multiple images permitted? Instead, new "Downloads" upload field created below 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Substruct v1.0.a6
Mac OS X 10.5.4 (9E17)
Darwin 9.4.0

Please provide any additional information below.
It is unclear what behavior should be seen, whether or not multiple images
may be associated with an item.

I would guess that this is part of issue 124, but it was not finished yet.

This is related to issue 124, but not the same thing.

Fixed with r155
