Allow nested tags #152

Currently tags only allow for children.
Currently it also has a big warning sign saying "you can only have one 
level deep of nested tags"

lists a patch to allow the admin interface to create with arbitrary depth.  
I'm not sure how to express this in the UI, however, so...if I were doing 
it...just me...I'd probably just keep the current verbiage and still allow 
people to nest infinitely :) [or maybe change it to read "by default only 
displays tags 2 levels deep" or something].

If there's no general discontent I'll go ahead and commit this patch, but with 
better verbiage that warns quite loudly "only the first two are displayed by 
default!"

Should be OK I guess. I'm ambivalent about the patch either way.
