Cart should have quality adjustment #164

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add a product with quantity of 2 
2. view cart
3. no way to reduce or increase quantity from cart

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the cart shows the quantity but does not allow you to update that quantity,
it does allow delete.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Substruct 1.0.a6, debian

Please provide any additional information below.
change the quantity column from a view to a text field which automatically
adjusts the quantity in the cart.
