Error loading promotion page in Admin #201

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Promotions tab in Admin Page
2. Using POSTGRESQL DB
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expecting to see 
promotions page but get this error instead: 
ActionView::TemplateError (undefined method `end' for 
#<Promotion:0x2acff804e730>) on line #29 of admin/promotions/list.rhtml:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Using 
latest version of substruct on Linux, site hosted on Heroku.

Please provide any additional information below.
Site hosted on Heroku, had to make several modifications to make it work with 
Postgresql vs Mysql, not sure if this particular error is due to this or is 
some other problem, we appreciate your help. Great site.

I would like to add that Substruct is using rails 2.1.2, is this error above a 
known bug with this rails version?

I don't test the product on PGSQL at all, sorry. MySQL only here.
