All Telldus devices reports "No Response" when iphone not on the same network

Everything works fine until I leave my home, then all devices reports "No Response" until I connect to the same network again.

I can however use and reach the devices using Telddus own app.

Is this a setting or something that I did wrong?

Maybe you need to pair it up with an Apple TV? I think that's required for remote access.

Everything else in homekit works remote (ikea trådfri, philips hue, eve), it's just the telldus sensors/items through homebridge that doesn't work
