I am still not seeing any of the forms. I would like to get this running locally so I can just tweak some CSS before we put it up for staging.

Ok, I'll need you to edit the pages on your end to see this.

1) Go into the WP Forms Section of the admin panel. 2) Find the form shortcode. 3) Paste it where you need it. For the contact page it will be at the bottom of this page.
