Added print to stdout and setup script #13

I abandoned the idea with the output file - so added only simple print to console flag and setup script. And added info about how to use it to the readme.

Just like what I said in #12, I would like you to split this big pull request into several smaller one. That way I can choose which ones to merge. Thanks.

Sorry please, i have no time to do this... Python is not my prime lang. This fixes i did for project, in with i do not take part now. So i close this request.
