Last of my PR spam for now :)

I restructured the README a bit.

Changes:

• Fixed typos

• Changed markdown syntax. Before:

  My header
  --------
  
  * list item 1
  * list item 2
  * list item 3

  After:

  ## My header
  
  - list item 1
  - list item 2
  - list item 3

• Changed args description from code blocks to tables. Copied the flag descriptions from the --help output, and sometimes mixed with the other docs that were there from before.
